Set a time each day to relax, to clear your mind, and be alone. Taking a little bit of time for yourself will help you stay calm, and keep your goals in mind.<\/p>\n

Spend time with people who are like-minded to you. When you do this, you surround yourself with people who will motivate you as opposed to bringing you down. This betters your chances of achieving your goals as their positive attitudes help influence you.<\/p>\n

When dealing with self improvement, not making a decision means forgoing an opportunity. Choose not to live in fear of your decisions even if you do not have all of the information you desire. If your personal development plan calls for overcoming social anxieties, going to the movies with a friend is a great first step. You will be out and about, but not in a setting that requires a lot of social interaction. It also helps you acclimate yourself to being in a crowd.<\/p>\n
